These terms govern your use of www.tanvo.in, operated by Tanvo, a creative technology studio based in Hubli–Dharwad, Karnataka, India. By using this website you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Using this site

You may browse this site and get in touch with us. You may not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, submit automated or fraudulent inquiries, or use it to send anything unlawful.

What the portfolio shows

Work shown on this site is presented for illustration. Items labelled as concept previews are exactly that — design concepts produced to demonstrate our approach, not necessarily delivered client engagements. Company names and imagery are used to illustrate those concepts. Nothing in the portfolio is a promise of a particular result for your project.

Inquiries are not a contract

Sending the project inquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve our time, or oblige either of us to anything. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, timeline, fees, ownership and confidentiality. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

Our content

The design, text, code, logo and visual identity of this site belong to Tanvo or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, republish or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Photography on this site originates from Unsplash and remains subject to the Unsplash licence; the Manrope typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.

What you send us

You keep ownership of anything you send through the inquiry form. You grant us permission to read it, store it and act on it so that we can reply to you and assess the work. You confirm you are entitled to send it — do not send anyone else's confidential information. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep this site up and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw content at any time without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tanvo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Links to other sites

This site links to places we do not control, including our Instagram and LinkedIn profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after that means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Dharwad, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
