Tanvo is a creative technology studio in Hubli–Dharwad, Karnataka, India. This page explains exactly what we collect through this website, where it goes, and how to get it removed. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

The only information this website collects from you is what you type into the project inquiry form and choose to send:

• Your name and email address — required, so we can reply.
• Phone number — optional.
• The capabilities you select — optional.
• Your project brief — required. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or anyone else's personal information here.
• The page address you submitted from — recorded automatically so we know where the inquiry came from.

Nothing is collected if you simply browse and never submit the form.

What we do not do

We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Where your inquiry goes

When you submit the form, its contents are sent to a Google Apps Script service we operate. That service adds a row to a private Google Sheet in our own Google account and emails a copy to support@tanvo.in so we notice it. Access to that sheet and that mailbox is limited to the Tanvo team.

Third parties that necessarily see something

• Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it records standard server access logs, which include IP addresses.
• Google processes inquiries on our behalf through Apps Script, Sheets and Gmail. Separately, this site loads the Manrope typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

We do not control these companies' own practices, only what we send them.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as it takes to respond and, where a project follows, for as long as we need them as a business record. Inquiries that go nowhere are cleared out periodically.

Your choices

Email support@tanvo.in and ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will action deletion requests unless we are required to keep something for legal or accounting reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
